Delivering courses across our Kingsway and Arbroath campuses, our ‘live’, industry- standard classrooms are spread across five kitchens, a bakery, two licensed restaurants and three café bars. Equipped and recently updated to today’s commercial standards, with a focus on sustainability, Taste@Arbroath, Taste@Kingsway and Taste Bar allow students to develop their skill sets within realistic commercial settings. Whether preparing or serving breakfast, cocktails, afternoon tea or a formal three-course dinner, you’ll learn and be assessed ‘live’ within a supportive and professional environment.
