In Arbroath, our new Advanced Manufacturing facility houses three state-of-the-art workshops including the Skills for the Future Lab. Inspiring the future workforce to excel in emerging technologies, we’ll bring STEM to life fromVirtual Reality and robotics to wind energy and computer-aided design. We also have more traditional workshops for welding andmachining, fabrication andmotor vehicle training, as well as an I.T. suite. At Dundee’s Kingsway campus, we have one of the best-equipped welding workshops in Scotland, with 38 welding bays, andmotor vehicle workshops incorporating an MOT tester centre. Meanwhile, as Scotland accelerates the race to Net Zero, we’re plugging into future training needs with our fully-functioning Electric Vehicle Training Centre based at Dundee garage, Robert Lawson and Sons Auto Electricians. And, with our Skills Academy at Michelin Skills Innovation Parc (MSIP) opening in a matter of months, we’re fully geared up to create the workforce needed for a more sustainable and vibrant Scotland.
