Social science allows you to develop an understanding of society, culture and human interaction. Develop your critical and analytical skills and ability to research society objectively. What does it involve? In these academic courses, you will study subjects such as Criminology, Psychology, History, Social Anthropology, Philosophy, Counselling, Sociology, Research Methods and Geography. You will develop your communication, ICT, teamwork and employability skills. Where will it take me? Our students progress onto various degrees, including through a range of progression routes with Scottish universities. Future employment opportunities include law, criminal justice, counselling, psychology, social services, education, and many others.
